Add an ECT Alert

1. From the top grey, menu move your mouse pointer over ECT. A drop down menu will appear.
2. Select Alerts.
3. Select the ECT from the drop down list.
4. Enter a message and select if you wish to be contacted or additional support is required.
5. Click Send Alert.

View ECT Alerts and Responses

1. From your Dashboard page select View, all ECT Alerts from the right-hand side of the screen.
2. The Dashboard page is displayed when you first login to ECT Manager.
3. Click View next to the ECT you wish to view the alert for.
